CONTROLEUR DE GESTION – CDD 17/03/15

CHOMARAT Textiles Industries, entreprise familiale située au Cheylard et à Mariac en Ardèche, fait partie du groupe CHOMARAT. Notre société conçoit, produit et commercialise des textiles techniques destinés à des marchés nombreux et variés (loisirs, luxe, automobile, industrie, BTP…).  Afin de remplacer une personne absente pour congé maternité, nous recherchons un Contrôleur de gestion

Contrat : Contrat à Durée Déterminée du 13/04/15 au 20/11/15 (6 mois)

Poste et missions :  Rattaché au Directeur financier, le contrôleur de gestion est responsable de l’établissement du compte de résultat analytique par activité, de l’analyse des écarts par rapport au budget et de l’élaboration du reporting mensuel. Il est garant de la fiabilité du résultat.  Il assure le pilotage du processus budgétaire. Il réalise des études ponctuelles à la demande de la direction financière ou de la direction générale.

Profil :  Diplômé d’une Ecole de commerce (option Finance), le candidat doit être à l’aise en comptabilité et avoir une très bonne maitrise d’Excel.Possible pour un jeune diplômé ayant effectué des stages significatifs. Bon relationnel. Discret. Esprit de synthèse.

Rémunération : 30 à 35 K€ annuels brut

Research & Technology Engineer 16/01/15

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position maintains an important role in both R&T and hands-on Manufacturing. As the technical lead for construction-related products, this role will lead development and process improvement initiatives. This position will work as a member of the Global R&T Group and will be responsible for developing products and processes, evaluating new raw materials, and resolving product concerns at the customer.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*:

  1. Collaborate with sales and marketing groups in the development of new products or enhancements to existing product and to define/confirm product requirements and specifications.
  2. Research, design, install, and start-up equipment and/or processes to meet requirements and global business objectives.
  3. Take lead in the development of coatings and process chemistries.
  4. Specify system and/or process requirements to ensure conformance with safety, quality, and performance expectations.
  5. Oversee installations ensuring machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications; providing feedback to design engineers, contractors, and suppliers on operational performance of the project.
  6. Provide global sourcing advice through the development of in depth cost analyses and business models.
  7. Communicate and manage customer/product requirements for new markets and applications within defined R&T role.
  8. Manage all aspects of trial process for construction related products: trial initiation, organization, testing, follow-up, and communication.
  9. Requires working with a team and coordinating or leading others in accomplishing work activities. There are no direct reporting responsibilities.

 

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES*:

  • DECISIONS MADE – Position will be required to make independent process-related decisions as well decisions related to quality. Decisions involving customer qualifications will be collaborative with the Global R&T Group.
  • PROBLEM SOLVING – Problems related to product performance at the customer should be handled by this position. Additionally, this position will work to develop new products and processes and should work to solve problems associated with this development.

KNOWLEDGE, BACKGROUND, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

This is an entry position that requires in depth knowledge of organic chemistry

  • Minimum of a 4-year degree in engineering. B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering or Materials Engineering preferred; desired experience in manufacturing
  • Must be proficient in MS Office applications and statistical process control; desired experience with project management

 PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:

  • Will work between a typical office setting and a manufacturing area with limited environmental controls
  • Exposed to dust, chemicals and high noise levels
  • Requires working on concrete surfaces as well as elevated surfaces
  • Requires frequent standing and climbing

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Requires occasional travel, including international travel
